Privacy Policy
Effective October 14, 2026
This policy explains how Klutch Therapy handles information on this website. How we handle clinical information once you become a client is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
What this website collects
Browsing this site does not require an account. We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor information. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as the time of a request and your browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
The inquiry form
If you send an inquiry, you may share your name, phone number, email address, mailing address and a note about the support you are seeking. That information can be health related. It is sent from your browser directly to a secure intake service that the practice has a written Business Associate Agreement with, and it is used only to respond to you and to arrange care.
Please do not use the form for emergencies and do not include more detail than you are comfortable sharing. We will confirm what we need from you when we reply.
Email and text
Ordinary email and text messages are not a secure way to send health information. Please keep messages to scheduling and general questions.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. You can reach us by phone (443) 469-3372, or through the inquiry form on this site.
Children
Parents and guardians should submit inquiries on behalf of children and teens. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site without a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
